<p>The talk will be in the Seminar Room (Room 132) in the New Bodleian on Parks Road. All members of the Oxford University are welcome, but please RSVP, as visitors to the Bodleian require require an escort.</p>

<li>Transferred pre-1800 oversize books from the Firestone stacks to the Rare Books ReCAP facility (382 volumes, of which 104 required custom boxes).</li>
<li>Prepared 23 personal name authority records in OCLC Connexion Client.</li>
<li>Completed cataloguing of 14 books, including 6 Arabic books from the William H. Shehadi collection of Kahlil Gibran.</li>
<li>Drafted New and Notable entries for around forty interesting acquisitions from FY07, to be published in the Princeton University Library Chronicle.</li>
<li>Worked through some 12cm of the Association File card catalogue, covering names from V-Wigner.</li>
<li>Led a team of three students on the following projects
<ul>
<li>Transferred 29 collections of Latin American ephemera to the Rare Books ReCAP facility (77 cartons of material requiring a total of 162 archival boxes).</li>
<li>Continued work on the ongoing project to transfer Princeton&#8217;s holdings of Native American periodicals to the Rare Books ReCAP facility (this summer we processed 19 new titles, comprising 36 archival boxes, and shipped additional boxes from another 5 titles that had already been processed).</li>
<li>Transferred a collection of ephemera relating to the Spanish Civil War (Spanish Transitions Supplement 1) to the Rare Books ReCAP facility (13 archival boxes).</li>
<li>Transferred tapes of the New York radio show Free Voice of Greece to the Rare Books ReCAP facility (28 archival boxes).</li>
<li>Transferred 9 serial titles from the Nancy Crawshaw collection to the Rare Books ReCAP facility (18 archival boxes).</li>
<li>Transferred the Diamantides Collection on Aristides Phoutrides to the Rare Books ReCAP facility (6 archival boxes).</li>
